PROCESSING TIME  
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package ships.

– Standard USPS or UPS Ground for most orders  
– Expedited options available at checkout  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
We currently ship within the United States only.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES  
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact support@ruggedprovisions.com within 14 days.  
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier first — then email us and we’ll help as best we can.
